Yes, all the files got transferred successfully and without a single error. I used Filezilla.
Yes, I did purge all caches in Moodle.
I did have debugging on when I uploaded Moodle, but Moodle didn't complaint about anything.
One thing I discovered today and I don't know if it has any relation to the problem .... I went into a course, I clicked on a link (some links still work) to download a file and then I got a blak page with the info "No input file specified".
My Godaddy Linux hosting plan has MySQL 5.0. Do you think this could be the cause of the problem?.
