I have setup moodle 2.4.2 (11th March 2013) using an Apacheserver 2.2.8, PHP 5.4.12 on a windows XP machine.
Everythings work perfectly fine when using the localhost address on the machine.
As I need to test moodle on a small network, i need to be able to access it using the static IP of this PC. I have configure the PHP.ini file with $CFG->wwwroot = 'http://192.168.1.44/moodle'; and also edited the httpd.conf with ServerName 192.168.1.55. I also have disable the windows firewall for test puposes.
The problem is that when i try to access moodle from the server or any computer on the LAN, it looks like CSS is not display properly.

I have looked everywhere on the web for advised but haven't find any solution. I my missing something?
