I doubt there is anything you can do or anyone reading this unless they are from Gnomio. That question type is listed as supporting Moodle up to 3.0, although that is only an indication of what the developer has tested it with, not that it won't work with that version of Moodle.

My advice is to try to contact the people from Gnomio. They have been around a long time and should be able to help The developer stopped working on his question types after many years of awesome work.
