Like the thought pattern - is there a way of checking whether a user is 'deleted' is there a marker, or a flag?
Forgive my ignorance, only been using moodle for about 6 days....!
If a user is deleted, and they remain in the databse - what happens if a new user, tries to registar, using the same username?
