This should have been responded to a while ago, it is really simple. For starters, don't panic. What the messages are saying is that the plugins you have been using in the courses that have been restored, are either not available in this version of Moodle or are the wrong ones. One problem is that the plugins required to be updated to the new database and some have been, but some have not. Your best bet is to go to the plugins database and see if there is one available for your version. The other problem is that the version of Moodle you created the course in uses different frame, or wiki or resource than is available in the production site. Best bet there would be to match the two versions, either change the version you are using to write your courses, or the production site. (As that may not be possible, then your own version would be the better option.)

This does not mean that the courses you have uploaded are not going to work, btw, it only means that if you are using those plugins, in a course, there might be a problem. Open the courses, see if they fully work, if so, then no problem, if not then you might need to re-edit the course on the production server. This editing may only be one or two pages, perhaps more, but check it out anyway.
