Hi Had a quick look at the MoodlEZ app download site. I would assume that 'Moodle Address' means the URL (Internet Address) of the Moodle-Server where your account is hosted. You say you opened an account - where was that? Here? (In that case https://moodle.org is the address.)
Once the App connects with the correct moodle server, you should be able to login with your account details held on that server.
