Hello,
Can anyone please help me resolve this issue. I'm new to Plesk, and keep getting the error:
Parent directory (/var/www/vhosts/xxx) is not writeable. Data directory (/var/www/vhosts/xxx/moodledata) cannot be created by the installer.
And an error at the top of the page:
Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/xxx/moodledata) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/install.php on line 307 Warning: is_writable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/xxx) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/install.php on line 311
I'm using version 2.3.6
Can anyone please help?
