There are two parameters that you need to make sure that they match your actual setup after the installation:
web sit location (wwwroot) -- the full url to the folder where Moodle sits (without trailing slash)
server files location (dirroot) -- the full path to the same location (in format that is native to your operating system)
You might also want to double-check date files location (dataroot), which is the full path to the folder (usually calle moodledata) where Moodle keeps files (format is native to your operating system). This folder should normally be in a location inaccessible through the web.
