Wonder if the 2.5 site is using the required PHP version.
The downloads page for 2.5 shows: Requires: PHP 5.3.2
A curl get info shows:
X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.16
and
Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0
Although I don't know how cache-control of the apache server affects the MUC.
