Migrating moodle structure without content

Hello

We have installed moodle 2.5 on a local server (wamp server). We need to mount a new moodle but would like to preserve the structure of the courses that is already mounted (courses, activities, etc.) but not the contents that have been entering the system, we just need moodle structure that is already assembled but without contents . Is there any way to do this?
