Thanks for the input.  Yes I am using IIS.  I have the folder 'moodle13' in D but this is where I start to get lost.  I want to remove the new moodle from C drive so dont want to drop it into the current inetpub folder as there is a lot more space on D drive.  There is an inetpub/wwwroot folder already there so should I just put the moodle13 folder in the wwwroot?

Do I then browse to localhost/D/intetpub/wwwroot/moodle13 to finish the set up?
