I installed v25 on debian 6 server, all has been green, all sourroundings are ok. installation was smooth.
BUT: No layout, only text, and fill-in forms fields.
What did I wrong?

Disable the "Use slash arguments" option under Site Admin / Server / HTTP. That was the right answer. THX 10000000000000 !!
