first of all thank you guys for your support and definitely it has been a hassle. I currently used XAMPP but having trouble trying to run Apache it tells me that the port 80 and 443 is use by "system" and so what I did was went to httpd.config and the http-ssl.config and changed it to 8080, and 4499 but now for some reason it gives the PID on the MySQL keeps changing and I do not know so I read your suggesting and it looks like I could unistalled xampp and try ISS is that correct?.......thanks guys
