Moving from localhost to new domain

I have moodle 2.3.1 on my mac. I have created a site with one course on localhost/moodle23. I want to now move it to the web so that it can be viewed and taken on the internet from any computer. I have a domain. I'm not very programing/coding savvy so I'm having trouble following some of the directions on the Moodle Migration page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
