Hello all!
I've just migrated my Moodle site. I had hosted it initially on my personal site as a pilot/proof of concept for work. They decided they liked it and now want to host it on their site.
I've completed the migration of the files and database successfully, and changed everything in the config.php file, and the site loads--i.e. I can login successfully. But even after following the instructions on the migration documentation, I can't get my links and images to work correctly.
As suggested in the documentation, I ran the "Search and Replace" admin tool to change the links in the database table. I checked the source for one of the images to verify that it's indeed pointing to the right place. Ditto one of the course pages. I also checked the permissions. I made sure that all users have read and execute, except of course for my own where I have write.
The only thing I can think of that I haven't done is that the documentation advises to clear the database cache and restart the web server. I don't know how to do this, and since I'm using a hosting company rather than a dedicated server I don't even know if this is possible.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
