Having Problems with new element

Hi guys,

I'm by far going crazy trying to find a way to make an element I added in the 'Create new Account'. When i try to create a user account just to check if that element works is gives me (i.e. "MissingEnrolementkkey") unfortunately once I attempt to create the new user account it would not let me do it as well because of that message I get. I  do not know where or what I'm doing wrong?....Help I need to make it work asap!!
