I have turned off Javascript in Chrome v28 and Safari 6.05 (on Mac OS X 10.7.5) and the links now appear expanded and work. This also applies to Firefox v21. There are still any number of empty/blank clickable boxes on the screen (using Safari and Chrome only) and it is not possible to see their purpose. So I gues I will have to use Firefox with Javascript turned off. Whilst I am OK with turning off Javascript as a work around for myself I am not happy if Users have to do this as well. Any ideas as to why this might be occurring and is there anything I can do to make a more user-friendly correction or is this normal with Moodle?
