What is the platform? How did you install? Which Moodle version?
From the path names it looks like some Unix version. Linux CentOS and a "yum" install, by any chance?
Once more question: When you say, "access it from host/moodle2/my/index.php", you mean visiting http://example.com/moodle2/my/index.php in the browser of a different machine, right?
