Well i checked the files size in my new server. The hole moodledata folder is 9.2 GB. The filedir folder contains 9.1 GB. The folders with numbers (the courses from the old moodle) are empty. Although, the courses are fine (files, users). Even the statistics of some random users i checked in both servers match.
The one thing i can't check are the users personal files.
As for the bu, everything is fine, because we are talking about a different server, so i copy all the data to the migration server.
