Re: Need advice on upgrading 1.9.16 to 2.?

I typo's on those version in my first post.

  I'm running Version 1.9.16 .   I think the first step is to upgrade to 1.19.19 .  

  Does anyone have suggestions on what version I should upgrade to and a pointer to documentation on how to proceed?

 The mysql and php versions are:

mysql : 5.0.96
php 5.2.17
