Transfer moodle from one PC to another

Hi to all. I am using Moodle 2.4.3 and I just want to know how to transfer all the contents that I have now to another PC. 

I installed moodle on my PC (which I am using now) but since everytime I try to put a static IP, I cannot connect to the internet but I can access my moodle (Learning Management System) since it is only a LAN based.

My problem is how can I make sure that when I transfer my moodle to another PC, it will still work and all my files and uploads are still available.
