upgrading from 2.4.3 to 2.5.1 PHP question

Deep into summer break, and I figure I ought to take the opportunity to upgrade from 2.4.3 to 2.5.1. It appears the system requirements are the same except for PHP, which is 5.3.3 for 2.5.1. I have 5.3.27. Now, I think I've asked this question before but is 5.3.27 higher than 5.3.3, and therefore sufficient for Moodle 2.5.1? Any problem going directly from Moodle 2.4.3 to 2.5.1? Thanks in advance.
