I'm using XAMPP and am trying to migrate the moodle site. I did what was instructed in the manual -
Backup the database and load it on the target PC,
copy the moodle dir and change the config.php to target the correct database, wwwroot and dataroot
but once I ran http://localhost/admin/tool/replace/index.php I get access denied even though the user I'm using is an admin. When I check the new site, I see nothing except the user log on name. I'm unable to add/edit/view or do anything. What did I missed?
