I have tried to install.php a Moodle 2.5.2 build and I made it through the first installation tests; but then Moodle popped up with the error reading of "Could not find a Top Level Course" and I have uninstalled and installed it several times and that includes having Hostingsource.com installing SOAP and INTL into the phpMyAdmin file_extension area as was suggested.
I am going to try to install the stable build of 2.5.1 or even 2.5 to see if the problem is resolved there.
If anyone has an answer to the above error reading I would appreciate your assistance.
