Hi Fabio,
People will need more information to help you.
Are you upgrading or installing a fresh?
Is it on a server that you have full access to or is it hosted by someone else
Windows or Unix etc
From first inspection it appears that the user context that the webserver runs in doesn't have write permission to the folder /home/afslproa/moodle2 (which it will need to operate successfully)
I use windows so things may be different, but I prefer to have my MoodleData Folder not under the wwwroot folder (I even put it on another drive). So I would manually create the folder and then specify that folder in the Data Directory Box. This is all assuming that this is a fresh install.
Regards
Warren
