The clue is on that table above. Simply delete the directory (and contents) that is shown for the plugin. So for the regular expression question type, remove the directory /path/to/your/moodle/question/type/regexp.
Similarly for the others. Simple as that.
Always get things working properly before trying optional plugins and when you do make sure you have the correct versions and dependencies Image may be NSFW.
