on a small followup:
I saw that after installing in another fresh server, even different IP and all (still mediatemple though) the same errors happen
The frontpage stdclass error is visible only on debug mode, but doesnt affect funcionts at all as I have seen
The error on database still happens but still everything is saved, in fact if I upload a course with just the name and edit it afterwards the error doesnt show anymore
I upgraded the memory limit for php to 32MB and everything is the same...
and any recommendations on the database engines also will be appreciated.
