If you create the quizzes in Korean and send them to me, I can try to upload them into the database and you can try to download them into the moodlereader instance on your server. Please try to create a quiz with the same type of questions. I'm attaching a template here for you to use. Just delete the English information and include the Korean. The attached file are some questions used for a graded reader called "Love Online" by Cengage publishing company.
Send it to me - you should have my email from the Obihiro workshop where I believe we met.

It probably isn't really related to installation problems per se. It is to do with the moodlereader plugin so if the moderator wants to move this, he/she is more than welcome!
