Hi Everyone,

On live after opening the URL https://test.website.net/admin/index.php I am getting an issue i.e 

Number of plugins requiring your attention: 41.

Please check the attached screenshot. If anyone having any guide on this let me know.

Also, I can Upgrade Moodle Database Now button at the last of the page on frontend and after clicking on that I am getting an error that the site can't be reached.

Please guide how to resolve this issue asap
