I am currently managing Moodle 3.9.2. For a reason, I cannot explain for myself when we try to access all the students' quiz attempts, we are unable to see those results. More precisely, the result appears once, but the next time we try to review it again, it is not possible. Some kind of response delay is observed, no data are visualized, and the page freezes.
I am not sure if this is a Moodle version problem, because I tried to install another instance of Moodle - Moodle 3.10.1+. The problem was the same. The request starts to run, ends, but we receive a response delay and data cannot be displayed.
Our Moodle system is on a hosted server. We are using a professional web hosting service. The system administration support tells us that there are not errors registered in the log files. The resource limits of the hardware configuration are also not reached. We were assured that there is no problem with the firewall despite the fact that the security level is set to strict.
I made a test switching the firewall to Off. But the same behavior observes when trying to access attempts report. The other reports can be obtained, but those ones, which can give us information about who have, or have not, attempted the quiz, not. Any other Moodle quiz reports seem to executes normally.
The support team cannot localize the problem. It is said that the problem arises from the Moodle application. What could this case be?
See attached the server check results. The minimum requirements are fulfilled.
