Thanks, that is what I thought too so I bumped the memory up to 256...or so I thought. I had only increased the memory for uploads and post size. I increased the memory to 256 and that did it! Thanks.

Also, I do have some plugins from 2.4 in this install (mods, blocks, themes, and a couple of other things). I see some bugging errors resulting from some of those things but the site is now functioning so I can deal with those smaller issues in due time.
