1. I just installed 2.6.2. The Insert/edit link buttons are in greyscale and not enabled. Originally, I saw this as I was trying to create an Activity in a Class and could not add a link. I also notice that that same button is not enabled in this very text-editor. How do I enable them everywhere?
2. I read in the 2.6 documentation that there should be a PayPal option for Enrolment. However, that line is also in greyscale and not enabled. How do I enable it? I installed Moodle on my existing website from my host-server, so any top-level changes may have to go through my web-hoster.
