Upgrade Moodle 1.9.9+ to 2.2.5+ to 2.3.2+ failed

I did an update Moodle 1.9.9+ to version 2.2.5+

This update was ok and I can use the upgrade 2.2.5+

Then I wanted to update to the newest version 2.3.2+ but at the last step of the upgrading process the upgrade procedure stopped with this error messages:

If I push the button "Weiter" the upgrade procedure starts again:

Is there any hint to solve this upgrade problem ?
