Differences between Moodle 2.0 and 2.5

Hello,  Our agency recently upgrated from Moodle 2.0 to Moodle 2.5 and I am having a difficult time finding documentation on what the changes are between the 2 versions.  I am interested in the settings and other updates that are outside of the technical how to upgrade topics listed.

For example, we found the certificates have changed and course settings (such as setting up quizzes) have been changed.

Can someone please assist?
