If you are a teacher, you might be able to convince Bluehost to give you a free web hosted server account. Right now, this is normally about $50/year. You can do your testing, even install Moodle from scratch (you might need to do this anyway, for CLAMP), learn, have fun, and see how compatible Bluehost's support is to your own needs.
