I have a client that is closing their training program. They tell me that they don't need us to provide them with student records and history. Just in case they change their mind I'd like to archive everything in such a way that this information can be recovered in the future. I know I can archive the Moodle install folder, the moodledata folder, and the database. However if I need to recover information that means I would need to restore the site` somewhere first. Is that correct? Is there a better way to do this?
