Restore Course

Hi All,

I am working from my localhost.

I have created a course with nothing in it. A colleague has given me a backup course so I can populate my new course to cut down time creating this new course.

When I drop the file to be restored I get this message "A required parameter (sesskey) was missing".

I know there has been some post about this and they say I have to change my php.ini file.

Problem is I cannot find my php.ini file.

I am sure other people have run into this problem. I have been searching for 2 days now and no solution yet.

I am desperate now and getting very frustrated.

Any help would be much appreciated in advance.
