Yes, actually it is what you mentioned and I thought that would work well since it was a complete package. I wasn't aware that I wouldn't be able to make the virtual drive larger as I am able to do with other vm's. I agree that actually installing an OS and Moodle would be a good idea but I was on a time constraint.
Anyway, that being said, is there a way to increase the size? I currently have added another virtual drive to the vm and have mounted it. I moved the moodledata folder over to it and told the config file where it should look for it. Not really the way I want it because I will probably be ending up running out of space just doing updates for the OS. It is working but I would still like to expand the vm.
