Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: moodle_database::update_record_raw() id field must be specified.

Dear members

I get this message when I was trying to upgrade Moodle database after uploading moodle 2.7:  

"Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: moodle_database::update_record_raw() id field must be specified.”

And then the message Site is being upgraded, please retry later.

And the page just hang there.

Anybody know what do I have to do? You help would be appreciated as I am not a programmer. I have knowledge of PHP and HTML editing so would you please let me know what is the problem? And how can I solve it?
