Adding Grid Format plugin

(Moodle 2.4.1+)

I would like to give my Moodle site a different look by adding the Grid Format plugin. Am I likely to incur a lot of headache in revamping the pages? In other words, is making this adjustment going to cause problems, or am I better off starting over?
