I've no choice but to do it myself as I don't have the budget to do it otherwise. It's only me as teacher and my wife who does the administration, and can of course communicate to the students and parents on enrolment in Russian.

However I may seek assistance once income has reached a certain level. I have a small English EFL school maximum 40 students of different age groups and levels, who will return to lessons this September. This was of students face to face in a classroom.

But this is my first attempt to prepare it as an on-line course also. Of course My intention is to increase those number of students, being that many of the enquiries I had were of those who couldn't come to my courses due to their location.

Glad to see you have gained more experience in this field, and I can only hope I will gain the same knowledge and experience.

When I first heard about Moodle was from a news article about colleges and universities needing to reduce their costs, by seeking open source. Moodle was mentioned as being popular because it was open source. Problem is that if you are not careful, moodle and a few other open source resource can be expensive to use on the long term.

My guess is that I am not the only one, and I'm sure that there are others around that are not established colleges and universities with big budgets. Those are the the people who are attempting to install moodle in web hosts such as big Daddy, or even trying to install moodle and its open source packages themselves from scratch.
