I'm preparing to upgrade a Moodle 2.0 site to the latest 2.7 release. I believe the process is as follows:
- Upgrade 2.0 to 2.2.
- Run the Question Engine Upgrade Helper to upgrade the question sessions to the new question engine.
- Upgrade 2.2 to 2.7.
- Upgrade the assignment engine.
Part 2, the question engine upgrade, is a really long process - approximately 2.5 days for me! So it possible for me to do it in a slightly different order?
- Upgrade 2.0 to 2.2.
- Upgrade 2.2 to 2.6 (2.7 won't install until the question engine is converted).
- Run the Question Engine Upgrade Helper to upgrade the question sessions to the new question engine.
- Upgrade the assignment engine.
- Upgrade 2.6 to 2.7.
Will that order work?
