I must assume that odroid u3 is some sort of a server with ubuntu 14.04 server (not the desktop version) installed. I have ubuntu for everything, and I can't see it possible to install moodle in one stroke.

To install moodle with Ubuntu 14.04 follow the instructions step-by-step on this link. If I remember correctly there is a useful video tutorial also there.
