Can we get the link to whatever it is you installed? If it had installation instructions did you follow them? Do you have the correct version for your version of Moodle?
Check in particular that if it unzips as a folder (e.g.) moodle-mod_bibliography that you rename it to just bibliography in the mod/ folder.
