I'm trying to set up a Moodle server using my web browser but gets the following message.

This is what is showing after trying to configurate the database (MySQL (native/mysqli).

Now you need to configure the database where most Moodle data will be stored. Database may be created if database user has needed permissions, username and password must already exist. Table prefix is optional.Database host

Database password
Tables prefix
Error: Database connection failed
It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.
The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php
