I just installed Moodle, so I assume I have the newest version. 2.4 maybe?
I took a Lynda course on how to create a Moodle Course, which is a project I have been assigned.
Thing is, it started somewhere around Step 11. It assumes that an IT department somewhere has set up everything. I don't have the luxury of turn-key service.
I don't even understand the LANGUAGE of the instructions. I'm so out of my league with this, that I'm not even sure what game I'm playing.
Please advise a hand-holding, non-technical resource for setting all of this up.
