I added those two settings to the php.ini file and it took without restarting apache which is good because I can't do that on a shared server. But I see that change.
As for the restore - it is not showing any kind of fail message and actually says it is successful, but the only lesson imported is the "News Forum". Everything else has the outlike but the actual lessons themselves are missing. I'm using the "Topic outline" format. There will be a topic for each lesson/chapter, and then within each one are the "resources". I have a "book" for each actual lesson. That consists of numerous pages with text and images. I'm not getting any of these books added. I looked at the zip file on my laptop and it looks like the text for each page is contained in the "moodle.xml" file. When I look at that I can find the text for the various pages. So it is in the zip file. Any idea then why the chapters are not being extracted/created?
