Moodle Migration 2.4

Hello All,

I have a bit of an onteresting one for you. We are currently running Moodle 2.4 and are wishing to migrate our environment to a new server easy enough however many moons ago back in the days of Moodle 1.9 we were running using an MSSQL base but after an update were suffering from an incompatability with long running queries which practically crippled our environment so our support company migrated our database from MSSQL to MySQL using some kind of conversion tool (I know I still shudder at the thought) therefore our databse is full of silly little errors that dont give us a problem on a daily basis but can be an issue when we upgrade.

Because of this and our need to migrate anyway we are wanting to migrate the environment but to recreate the database from scratch to eliminate the errors and inconsistencies.

The only way I can think of doing this is backing up each course individually and restoring to the new server but be have over 300 courses can anyone think of a better way of doing this?
