Solution found!!
For those having the same problem in the future, I enabled the xmlrpc extension and it seemed to work. Not sure why but now no PHP code appears and I can see the actual webpage.

Help me which version I should upgrade
I am using moodle 4.1.7+. Notifications in the image attached. Which version should I upgrade?
Thank you very much.
Re: Help me which version I should upgrade
However, 4.1 as a long-term support release is "supported" until December 2025 so you can stay where you are if you want.

Thank you so much!!!!
Cron task errors!
I am having a problem where none of my scheduled tasks are running, oddly this started April 1st and I don't remember performing any activity on the server on that day. I may have upgraded to 4.3.3+ around that time. At any case, Scheduled Tasks shows all tasks failing and viewing the log shows the message '!!! Exception - Class "IntlTimeZone" not found !!!'.
Both cli and site (PHPINFO) are using php8.1. I ran both 'sudo apt-get install -y php-intl' and 'sudo apt-get install -y php8.1-intl' as we have 3 versions of php running on the server (8.1, 8.2, and 8.3) for different services running. restarted both php8.1 & nginx but the problem persists.
When I try to use 'Run now' from the Scheduled Tasks I get the following error "Deprecated: str_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string is deprecated in /var/www/moodle-qa.bavirtual.co.uk/lib/outputrenderers.php on line 1546".
Moodle configurations: php 8.1.3, the latest stable moodle 4.3.3+, mariadb v10.11.5, ubuntu 20.04. mysql>SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'max_allowed_packet'; returns 16777216.
Environment check shows all green OK, except php_extension soap in orange check (not using any soap).
Before April 1st everything was running as normal with this configuration. My Location setting in Moodle is UTC, and has been for a long time, and timedatectl shows:
Local time: Fri 2024-04-19 14:26:19 UTC
Universal time: Fri 2024-04-19 14:26:19 UTC
RTC time: Fri 2024-04-19 14:26:19
Time zone: Etc/UTC (UTC, +0000)
System clock synchronized: yes
NTP service: active
RTC in local TZ: no
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Best,
Mustafa
Re: Cron task errors!
My assumption would be that PHP was upgraded on this date and that extension was missed.
