It looks like you have everything needed to run Moodle 2.4.  I see php version 5.4, and wonder if this is a problem.

When I tried logging into your moodle, moodle complained that the 'cache' directory was missing.  I wonder if when you installed moodle (looks like via FTP), if all of the moodle files were transferred.  You might try installing, or reinstalling the moodle files again.

I also wonder if your dbhost in config.php should be 'localhost".

Hopefully, my comments might help others see the real problems, and they will be able to guide you with this installation.
